Established in November 2016, Yellowfin has served and entertained over a large number of guests. We aim to provide our customers with high quality delicacies and beverages at reasonable price using fresh ingredients and new techniques

Our food menu was created in collaboration between Chef Bustami Sasaki and Chef Asep Suhendar, featuring a combination of both authentic Japanese dishes and re-imagined classics.

Marrying Japanese flavours with Western cooking techniques in Yellowfin, you can find everything from the show-stopping Gyu Garlic Sushi to the elegant Salmon Meuniere and the sumptuous Rib Eye and Foie Gras Steak.
